Physical and Mental Stimulation Activities
We shall not forget that our body can improve its capacities by doing regular physical activities. During our sessions, the participants work their motility and strength, as well as their mind. Aerobic, endurance, flexibility, balance and coordination exercises are included in our gymnastics program. They help the participants fight against physical and social sedentary behavior.
Tai chi is effective improving balance, strength, flexibility and muscle endurance, as well as increasing aerobic capacity. This practice, through breathing exercises, helps reduce stress levels generated by day-to-day life.
